DESCRIPTION

Power Presentation is developed for those challenging days when you target tricky fish in small to medium sized waters and need to present your flies spot-on with a 15’+ long leader, a short length of fly line outside the rod tip and won’t get a second chance. A unique taper and weight distribution, concentrated towards the first 5 meters of the 9,3 m long head, increases the velocity and power of the turnover towards the end of the cast. This helps to turn over long leaders and also to combat strong head winds. The distinct turnover in the front also makes the line well suited to cast streamers, heavy nymphs, bulky dries, nymph rigs and "klink & dink" setups. The line is easy to cast, well balanced and performs well with most casts, but sacrifices Spey properties a bit due to the weight being distributed further towards the front. Will also work perfect when Bomber fishing for Salmon or casting big dries along the coast.

TAPER - DESIGN

Power Presentation has a medium long head of 9,3 m/30,5’ it has a quite short 2,2 m long front taper and a rather short 2,0 m/6’7” back taper, leaving a belly length of 5,1m. The belly is divided in two sections, where the front 2 meters have a slightly larger diameter creating its special turnover properties. The handling line is a 3 meter, slightly thicker part of the running line which makes your loops a bit more rigid and also adds flexibility to how much line you can manage in the air when your whole head length is outside the rod tip. The Pale orange colour of the Handling/Running lines extends half way up onto the back taper and indicates the correct line length to keep outside the rod tip for the ultimate rod load when casting. It is looped in both ends and has an ID marking on the front-end loop sleeve.

Colour: Amber Olive with Pale Orange handling- and running line. Total length is 27,5 meters/90 feet in all sizes.

TECHNOLOGY

TLT (Triple Layer Technology) & Direct Contact Core

Complex, multiple density and hardness in the coatings of these lines help to shape the flylines of the future. A new, revolutionary chemical formula and three different coating materials control hardness as well as memory and density in various parts of the lines. This creates better casting performance, more efficient fishing and bite detection, as well as added durability. TLT has given us the chance to build lines that float well and repel water better and more effectively than any lines we’ve produced before. Built on braided multifilament Direct Contact Core with only 6% stretch.

ECO ADVANTAGES

Our eco vision is Clean All the Way, which means the least environmental impact possible. This fly line has a Polyurethane coating instead of PVC that bleeds harmful plasticizers (Phthalates) into the water. Our boxes are made from recycled paper with water-based UV coatings and we have removed all plastic spools from the packaging. The result is that we can offer you the “cleanest” and most eco-friendly fly line on the market.
