Scierra SRX V2

SRX V2 fly rods have been designed for though jobs along the windy Scandinavian coast and riverbanks and excels when casting long distance, weighted flies or heavy sinking lines. The 40T Japanese carbon fiber blanks with a ¾ flex-profile and sharp recovery rates casts tight loops and generates high line speeds on a short stroke without feeling lifelessly stiff in hand. The deep action reaches into the lowest quarter of the blank where it ends in a strong backbone with plenty reserves and lifting power. When playing big fish the SRX V2 dampens headshakes and runs securely with the quick yet flexible top section. However, if need be it has the power to turn hard fighting fish and keep them away from structures.

SRX V2 rods come in a handsome matte black finish and equipped with saltwater resistant components such as high quality stripping- and snake guides and a double locking aluminum reel seat with an aluminum spacer. Finest quality Portuguese Full Wells cork handles with fighting butts and rubber-cork caps round of the great features of this very capable rod series.
