Self-adhesive, transparent, tapered. Great material for creating bodies of many types of flies.

Quills - usually ready stripped peacock fibers - are part of many fly patterns, whether dry flies, nymphs or buzzers. Thanks to the dark side stripe, you can make great segmented bodies with this material. However, natural Quills have the disadvantage that they are not easy to work with or are very delicate.

Magic Quills are a wonderful artificial alternative. The material is elastic and self-adhesive and can be easily processed. It is available in three types: S, M and L. The difference is in the width of the side strip. The strips are tapered and due to the length of the strips, the material can be used for both larger and smaller fly patterns. A huge advantage of this material is that it is transparent. This means that you can decide for yourself what color the body will be. Either by preparing the lower body in the desired color (with binding thread or colored copper wire), or by painting the material with a marker. There are no limits to your own creativity. A layer of UV varnish increases the durability of the material.
